- hotpepperkidExplorerWell I took it. Lots of traffic but we moved at 70 there were several one lane stuff but it moved 55-65. It wasn't any worse that than I-15 North in ID to MT
- Duke-44Explorer:)
- Duke-44ExplorerI just traveled it today. It was very crowded and I was just in my pickup w/o trailer. I would take the road from Idaho Falls thru Arco to Mountain Home and relax and enjoy the ride.
There were long stretches where it was single lane from construction. - BizmarksMomExplorerThere's some construction going on, but that means traffic goes at 60 mph instead of 80 mph. It's really no problem.
- Searching_UtExplorerI've towed across it a couple times this year. Much better than I 15 from Salt Lake City to Idaho Falls. Other than the slight delays for construction not bad.
- donkeydewExplorerwas over it in june and there was no reason to avoid it. it is in far better shape than most California highways. i would drive it tomorrow if i could find an excuse.
- hotpepperkidExplorerThere was a guy with a big bus here in the camp ground Im in last night said my advice is to go around
- IdaDExplorerThere's some construction but not too bad, and I think the road is generally in decent shape. If you're towing be aware that the speed limit is 80 and most passenger vehicles probably cruise in the 82-83 MPH range. If you're a slow-tower the speed differentials can be pretty significant.
- LwiddisExplorer IINot a bunch of options other than cutting off to US26.
- ChuckV1ExplorerWe were just across it a few weeks ago an yes there is construction but I didn't think it was ruff, traffic moved at 60mph most all the time thought those zones
Safe travels
