I40 to Nashville
Can anyone provide information on the condition of I40 traveling from California to Nashville. I have read post that say the road is very rough in some areas. Any updates on repairs to the road?

All interstates have some good and bad sections - especially when you plan on traveling on the same one for over a thousand miles. No interstate is in such condition you can't travel a reasonable speed without damage.
Your alternatives are I10 to the south or I70 to the north which is going to have some of the same type conditions.
