Give me some input on I70 west out of Denver. I'm towing a 5 ton 5th wheel with a Ford diesel.

Gorgeous drive. Eisenhower Tunnel is about 11,000 feet above sea level, so there are some long ups and equally long downs.
People do it all the time just use jake brake and down shift descending and don't expect to break the sound barrier going up.
