WOW ONLY ONE.Impossible taskI think you should change your post to routes that can be done in a large RVThe ones I really like are hard in a large RV but they are 1) Apache Trail limited to about 25 foot rig in spots unless you are really daring2) Salt River canyon but not easy in a big rig.But the Favorite large rig doable route for me is the Natchez Trace from Nashville, Tn to Natchez, Ms slow paced 2 lane tree lined historic beautiful free campgrounds.

Isn't open all year, but the North Rim road from Jacob's lake to North Rim Grand Canyon Lodge.

Blue Ridge Parkway in the fall.

I like to travel the old US Highways, most are two lane.Staying off the Interstate as much as possible is one of my main likes. Sorry, I can't give you just one. You can't see America from the Interstate system.

I've got to agree, they're all great roads. I'd forgotten about the north shore of Superior. My first time up there was in June '95 I think. It was 105F! We'd stopped and spent the night at my brother's home in Minneapolis the night before heading out for it. It was over 100F there too. Of course he said that was unheard of but reassured us that once we got past Duluth it would be cool. NOT! The (very) little breeze that we felt was headed out to the lake, so even 50 feet from the shoreline it was sweltering heat. Some places inland were reporting 108F!

U.S. 191 from Pinedale, Wyoming to Bozeman, Montana. That segment includes Jackson, Grand Teton NP, Jackson Lake, Yellowstone NP, Yellowstone Lake, Old Faithful, West Yellowstone, and Big Sky. It also includes the Continental Divide and the Green, Snake, Firehole, Madison, and Gallatin Rivers, i.e., headwaters of major tributaries of the Colorado, Columbia, and Missouri Rivers. It can be driven in a day, but you could easily spend two weeks going the same distance, especially if you are a fly fisherman with an RV!

There are many beautiful drives but the Overseas Highway (US 1) from Key Largo to Key West is one of my favorites.

Another vote for US-191, but for the whole route from Douglas, AZ to the Canadian border. It starts in the desert, goes through the White Mountains in Eastern Arizona, goes through the redrock country from Bluff to Moab, UT. It winds its way through Vernal, UT and Flaming Gorge before reaching the section described by fanrgs and then continues on through Montana to the Canadian border.

Utah 12 from Bryce to Torrey, UT (Capitol Reef National Park). It is the drive I'm thinking of--beautiful.

The Loop Road in Acadia NP. Beautiful ocean and mountain views. But - best done in a small RV, car, or local tour bus. Your big rig or 5th wheel may not fit under all the bridges. Our Roadtrek fits just fine...
