Thanks Navegator. I read it in El Imparcial but it came off the Reforma newswire. BTW: This summer the CEO of the Mexican Trucking association was travelling Canada and the USA. I think he was lobbying for NAFTA. Gave lots of speeches and met with his counterparts NOB. Some of the Canadian Trucking Magazines interviewed him and every time he was asked about pollution controls he stated that ULSD is not easily available. They are using systems from 2005.
