From all the information that I have been able to garner from different sites from the Government, all of this information is for individual industries that can import fuel with out going through PEMEX, some contracts expired in 2016 and others expire this year and 32 contract have been granted this year from what I see in the documents, unfortunately for some reason I can not post anything that I copy and paste, there is a cloud in between and a 502 message what ever that is.
They are just statistics or information about contracts and that is it, nothing to do with PEMEX or importing fuel for the general public consumption.
