They have a very short Season here in Mexico... and with about 5 slow years now.. You should Feel lucky that there are RV parks open... more are falling to development all the time..
Ask owner what there monthly power bill is ??? if you are paying a flat rate for power water and sewer.. I would say its a deal .. Power is not cheap here and commercial rates are the highest..
Simple they need to make the most money they can in there very short season so they can survive the whole year... and keep the few emplyees paid year round also..
