It all depends on the day.. and the time of day...

When we travel south , we usually stay just North of Jacksonville at Pecan Park , when we get on the road the next day , we leave at 6:30AM and have no issues going right through the center on 95 . .

Put you destination in waze , it will tell you the fastest way around traffic..

I always go around cities when I can. Interchanges can get confusing not to mention traffic and possible low clearance areas, unless you verified there are not any in advance.
