CBC Radio's national news for 7:00 AST today says Wabush Airport is open. & the weather information for the area comes out of Wabush Airport. http://weather.gc.ca/city/pages/nl-20_metric_e.html I shall hope those rain drops in the graphics for tonight are for real.
