I would do I-95 to 695 West to 83 North to 30 East.
Important notes -
I-95 to 695 is a left exit. 1.5 miles before the exit there is a sign telling you this. Exit 49B 695 West Towson. As you go around the ramp stay in the left lane. You will not have to merge. You will have your own lane.
I-695 to 83 North. You will first come to the exit for 83 South. DO NOT TAKE THAT EXIT. But as soon as you pass it you will want to get into the right lane (if you are not already there). When the 83 North traffic comes on from the right (I-83 only mixes with I-695 for about 3/4 mile) you will want to move right to exit. The signs make this look like you need to hurry but you really have some space to make the move. When you get onto the I-83 North ramp heed the speed warnings for that corner. It gets noticeably sharper just as you go under the I-695 bridge.
I-83 is your only real merge to deal with. That is one compared to taking several others to avoid it.
