The websites you list are the only ones I know of. You have to have the Church book to understand the updates on their website. The only other option is to ask specific questions here about specific locations and hope someone has been there recently. Many places have phone numbers and email and websites so you can try contacting them. There are also many truckstop size Pemex station where some people overnight when nothing else is available. We have stayed in quite a few Pemex stations as overnight stops but we know where they are from our experience. Others do the same. So you have to plan your route and have some idea of where you might be each day and then ask questions here. In our experience you can only count on going a couple hundred miles each day. We plan our stops based on places to go and things to do along the way. We do not plan a stop 1,000 miles away and try to get there in one shot. Depends on where you cross the border and where you plan to end up and the route you are thinking of taking. Once you get some idea about that you can ask more specific questions here.
