Honestly, I haven't sent the letter yet. Life keeps getting in the way.
That said I did have contact with the Canadian Tire customer relations department for another matter recently (a recalled Canadian Tire item I owned) so I know exactly how to register my complaint now...I just have to actually sit down, type it up, and submit it.
