Two couples just walked in to talk to us and said that, "Everything we have read and been told is that it is closed." Not true.
Although not officially "open," they knew we were coming, and we have what we need. They will be officially open in about a week, after sand is moved. Cocos have already been trimmed, and power, water and sewer are available in a limited area.
Yes, it is on the market. We all know how land sales go in Mexico, actually anywhere. It could sell in 10 years or 10 days, it's been on the market since April, 2014.
We will be moving on as soon as we take care of a few repairs. We appreciated their accommodating us!
