Mesa Verde to Bryce NP in one day in a 25 ft Class C

Best route? One day or so... Thanks! Google suggests 491 S from Mesa Verde to 160 to 89 on to Bryce NP. Any issues going that way? Appears to be the fastest. This would take place in Early April...
