Mesa Verde to Bryce NP in one day in a 25 ft Class C

Best route? One day or so... Thanks! Google suggests 491 S from Mesa Verde to 160 to 89 on to Bryce NP. Any issues going that way? Appears to be the fastest. This would take place in Early April...

Thanks. I think we will pass on Mesa this time so we don't have to spend so much time driving. I like to stop for at least three days at a major destination and Mesa is the farthest out. Plus, I want to return to it and spend the amount of time I think it deserves.
