The Mexican army is taking over the dutyes of the customs inspectors in order to stem the flow of drugs going North and narco weapons and money going South, I do not know when this will be implemented...

Is this any different from what I have seen the last year or two? Customs has been at the physical border and the Military inspection is about 100-200 feet inside the border. They both get to Meet & Greet coming and going.
