New beachfront RV park for PV
I have received word that a new RV park is to built on the beach in PV. 100 sites. It will be behind the Mega. On google earth, I believe it is this vacant lot: N 20.630284 W 105.231741

Mario, who's Puerto Vallarta Trailer Park is in his compound, used to, may still, own the beach front hotel right by the old Comercial. It was Las Gaviotas, and at least for a time, RVers had unlimited use of the pools and other facilities there.
What are the odds that he owns the lot behind the current Mega/Comercial? There is bound to be someone who knows, or can ask.
His daughter, Gabby, started collecting for the spaces when she was about 14 years old. She still operates the place for Mario, and her kids are now the age she was when she started collecting.
