New RV Park in La Paz, BCS

Here is a link to a new RV Park in La Paz. It is right in town and near the beach. I have not been inside this - but I know it's exact location and it is a great one for those who wish to be close to amenities, shopping, the Malecon, Marina, etc.

Next time I'm in that part of town, I'll stop by and check it out personally. Anyway - La Paz is in need of more so I thought I'd post this to let you all know about it.

    This Quote from their website is certainly true:

    "Be advised that due to our size and operating expense, we don’t scale well with the apartment rental market here in La Paz."

    $40 La Paz apartment

    For that matter $30 a night for an RV space seems a little high in relation to apartment rentals.

    I stayed there last year. It was a favorite of mine in the past, and am happy it reopened. It has an automatic gate for security(you will be given a remote opener), and several dogs which sound fierce,but are lovers. It also has apartments you can rent. The place is clean and quiet. I am looking forward to returning there.

    That is actually an old park that reopened - fixed up. In the Church book. Closed for a few years. Same owner.

    What a beautiful park. Nicely done web site. I am in Canada for a few days and it was 51 below with the windchill a few days ago. Would be nice to be in one of those RV spaces sitting on the patio and sipping!
