We took almost a month just to follow the Mississippi River from Prarie-de-Chine to middle Mississippi and still didn't manage to see more than half of the points that look interesting..
You will be far better off in the long run to pick a reasonable size area, do it thoroughly and well this year, then start planning your next trip.
Driving every day, it would be difficult to just touch all of the places on your list in a month. No sightseeing. No "clean the trailer" days. No laundry. NO grocery shopping. (And no wife by the end of the second week. Read that as you may.)
ON EDIT: x2 on avoiding the Million Dollar Highway until you have a LOT of RV experience. In fact, anything North of Durango (Coal Bin and Molas Pass) is probably best avoided. I do it regularly, but am still more comfortable in just the truck, without the trailer.
