We were there last week of June first 2 weeks of July 2015. We took the ferry to Labrador and camped in the only Provincial Park in Labrador, we had a view of an iceberg right from the dinette of the camper. There were icebergs at almost every place on the Northeast coast.
Make sure you take warm clothes for June well into July. When we were at L'Anse aux Meadows, I had to buy a pair of hand knit mittens for Eleanor because she didn't want to go on the outdoor tour of the Viking settlement site without them. The temperature was 5 C (41 F)with a constant drizzle.
Enjoy your trip.
