I totally know that. Our thought and what I thought she was telling me on the phone was that we don't have to get out of our motorhome.
Either she didn't understand what you were asking exactly or you misunderstood what she said. If it's a dialect issue an e-mail may garner a more exact understanding.
That being said, the new ferries have open vehicle decks so they may very well let you stay in your MH.
