100 would be fine for a travel trailer. It's not perfectly flat or straight, with a few decent hills, but it's not extraordinarily steep nor has any hairpin curves or other things that make it unsuitable for big vehicles. 9 has a couple more substantial (longer) hills, but still is a quite reasonable route for an RV.
I don't know why you'd go from 100 to I-89 to 15 and basically back to 100 to get to Morrisville rather than staying on 100; it looks to me like about an hour of extra driving with no great benefit.
Probably the quickest route would be I-87 to exit 20, NY 149 to US 4 into Vermont and to 100, north to Morrisville. Taking 100 to 107 to I-89 and back to 100 might be almost as quick, a little less scenic, and a little bit straighter.
You absolutely should avoid taking the trailer through Smuggler's Notch (VT 108 between Stowe and Jeffersonville) at all costs. It's a very pretty road, but the stretch through the notch is entirely unsuitable for an RV.
