Northridge Ca to San Diego
Would I 5 be the best route for less traffic, yea after yesterday coming in here I know that there might not be a way to find less. 101 was fun coming in from the north

When you pass the Rose Bowl start heading into the extreme right lane so you don't miss the tunnel to continue on the 210. Then take the 210 all the way to the 15 split to San Diego. Otherwise just go straight down the I-5. However there is a lot of construction as you approach the Disneyland area, with concrete T-rail on both sides. I got hit by a thrown pebble last month and still need to seal the windshield star.
Don't take the 405. You can never estimate the traffic going into Westwood, and often it will just crawl all the way to LAX.
