nuevo progresso

I've been going to Dr. Muestre and had to redo one of his post when I got back to Pa at an additional cost of $1500. The post was too thin and broke. My sister's bridge was uncomfortable for her and she didn't like the design of it and the way she had to remove it for cleaning.
Anyone know of another Dentist in Nuevo Progreso?

Not necessarily true. I've gotten good and bad both sides of the border. The biggest peeve I had with my Pennsylvania Dentist was his lack of hygiene, especially his not using gloves.
The difference is you pay more for poor dentistry in the US than in Mexico. Good Dentistry has little to do with where you come from.

I have built over 100 Dental Clinics and have seen some that I would never go to. But I can tell you the degree of sanitation is a serious thing they don't take lightly in the new clinics I have built. You would need to be behind the scenes to see what I am talking about as in the Sterilization and Lab rooms. Problem is people want "CHEAP" everything and then B!tch when something goes wrong. Start out right and go to a high quality clinic to begin with. Many give great cash discounts.

I bet the Sterilization rooms don't look like this in Mexico! Notice the "RED" and "YELLOW" edging, that's to indicate the cleanliness of the instruments as they get them ready to use again. "GREEN" is the area that is sterile.

This in in a Gentle Dental Clinic in WA State I built.

I'm sure we could swap some pretty good stories. I sell and service dental instruments all over the world.
  • Many people buy what they can afford, and others borrow money to buy what they shouldn't.
IMO you don't always "get what you pay for", even here in the USA. My best example is the last motorhome I bought. But, the factory said it was my fault,.....and I learned something.
I'm going to try Dr. Ricardo Carreon in Nuevo Progreso. I'll call him for a price on exam plus one implant.

  • I have used Dr Ricardo Carreon several times and have been pleased with him. He is in Progresso MX and is up stairs on the left a block or so after you cross the border. He has a stateside number to call for appointments. He has several associates but I asked for appointments with him.

You can see his web site here HERE
