NY State Highway 20A, Warsaw NY - RR Bridge Height

Does anyone know if there is a low bridge height RR bridge on NY State Highway 20A just East of Warsaw, NY?

I will be driving from Letchworth State Park in New York back home to Cincinnati on Wednesday Oct. 16, and suggested routing has me making my way to NY State Highway 20A just East of Warsaw, NY and then heading West to eventually link up with I-90. Good Sam trip planned shows a low bridge height at the RR bridge as you are heading into Warsaw from the East. Does anyone know if that bridge is too low for RV travel?
Thanks,

  • Thanks all for your feedback. Based on your responses I decided to forgo the Warsaw underpass and went NY-246N to NY-63 into Batavia and on to I-90W instead. A little out of the way, but good road all the way, and no excitement. Thanks again.
  • There is a very steep downgrade coming into Warsaw from the east. I have gone down there with an F250 and a 30 foot TT but it truly should be a low gear thing if you decide to use it.

  • I wouldn't take 20a due to hills alone. From Letchworth I would take take Route 36 N or Route 39 (depending which exit you leave the park) to Route 63 toward Pavillion then to Batavia where you can get onto I90 there.
