How far west of Tulsa?
There may be some RV parks just off the Turner turnpike between Tulsa and OKC, or along old Route 66, but I haven't paid much attention because I'm headed someplace else when on that section of highway. There are Corps recreational access facilities, and a state park, on the north side of Keystone Lake (exit 196) but the parks are a considerable distance south from the turnpike.
There are RV parks (Mingo Valley, and a KOA) where the Will Rogers turnpike ends coming into Tulsa. There are also some nice places around Grand Lake (I prefer Cedar Valley RV Resort in Grove, but there are others and three state parks) between the Missouri line and Tulsa, accessed from the Afton-Grove exit (302) and going either east toward Wyandotte (Twin Bridges SP) or south into Grove.
West of Tulsa, you are well on your way to Oklahoma City, two hours in most cases, and the first good RV park is on the east side of OKC: Twin Fountains, just north of the race track and casino complex.
Before you get into Oklahoma, there are a couple of good RV parks, north one mile (Coachlight) or two miles (Big Red Barn) on I-49/US-71 from the junction with I-44 (exit 18 on I-44).
