- TxGearheadExplorer IICOE campgrounds open? I have no idea if there are any COE near Tulsa.
rvparkreviews.com might help.
How "near" Tulsa you want? How long?
I use the RV park at Tulsa Expo Center every January for the Chilibowl midget races. It's a concrete parking lot with full hookups that works great for the races next door. Hwy 64 at 15th Street. - BB_TXNomadThe Claremore Expo Center has an RV park. If I remember correctly full hookups were about $30, electric only less than $20, or no hookups about $10. Paved roads and sites. About 10 miles from Tulsa.
- oldokieExplorerWarrior rv park at I44 and Union Ave. I don't know about prices but it is in located next to I44.
- RoyFExplorerThere is a COE campground about 12 miles west of Tulsa. On Hwy 412, take the exit to hwy 151. The COE campground is just below Keystone dam on the Arkansas river. Note that one mile to the south is Keystone State Park, which is on the lake.
- Lon-StrExplorerThe Keystone COE park was closed in late Oct. Looked like some const. going on. S.P. was open.

Just stayed there twice, on the way to Detroit and the way back. Nothing special, easy to get in and out of. Right on the highway so some traffic noise. Site was level and was able to stay connected with the tow car. - missourijanExplorerGoogle the regional ranger office and call them
- NEOKExplorerThe two COE campgrounds with water, electric and dump stations on Skiatook Lake close to Tulsa close at the end of October. There is one COE on the north end of the lake with no hookups that may be open but it's quite a ways from Tulsa. If you don't need hookups you might try the Osage Casino that is just North of downtown Tulsa or the one in Skiatook about 25 miles northwest of downtown Tulsa. Also here is paid campground close to downtown Canyon Creek Campground
