PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

Acording to the oficial site there is no pase turistico "tourist pass" all vehicles are subject to the rules, that is why my RV and my toad have a personalized plate that both end on the same letter, "A" so I can not drive on Fridays nor the last Saturday should it be 30 or 31.
I do not care to drive in Mexico's Citys congested traffic on a Friday, so we are ok with the set up, maybe you have time to get personal plates with same letters and not drive on Fridays.
