PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

PROGRAM INFORMATION CIRCULATION AND GO TODAY NO TOURIST FOR EXEMPTION
In order to provide a means for citizens with foreign vehicles and
of states of the Mexican Republic, other than the State of Mexico and the Federal District,
for their vehicles circulating in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico exempted from the
restrictions on movement of vehicles sets the Hoy No Circula program, the
Government of the Federal District and the State of Mexico available to them Pass
Tourist.
This pass allows the vehicle that carries it, waive the restriction of movement imposed
by Hoy No Circula program in the Federal District and the State of Mexico, and may be
obtained once every six months for a period of 14 days or twice a semester
for a period of seven days each.
