PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula

Having to renew the pase turistico every six month or 14 days is not very good for us so we opted for the letter plates and adapted to the rutine, we travel to mexico at odd time sof the year and some times we only spent a few months in the US or viceversa, burocracy in Mexico can be very slow, they actualy close the government betwin X-mass and New Year, try to get a new permit then and have some cop stop you for driving onthe "wrong day", we carry copies of this ordinance and have shown the officer that we where not braking the statute, end of conversation.
