PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

To briansue from navegator, Teotihuacan is in the State of Mexico, and is subject to the Hoy no Circula regulations, that is why we have personal plates that finish with the letter A, that limits our travels only on Friday and the last Saturday should they be 30 or 31.
I have family that lives and works in Mexico city and have been there on a number of timews since the programs where started. It is best to err on the side of caution rather than having a hassle with the "Mordelones" Transit Police.
