PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

Navegator - not to be disagreeable but the rules I have read and the maps I have seen about the restricted zone does not include the entire state of Mexico - and the last I heard Teotihuacan is not in the zone. I got it from Mina who owns the RV park in Teotihuacan and assures us that they are not in the zone. The website I provided clearly shows a map with Teotihuacan outside the zone. There may have been a very recent change but I have not heard of it. Are there any other maps showing the zone? Does any website or other source provide clear and concise boundaries of the restricted zone? Anyone know?
