PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

Briansue tomorrow morning I will call my brother in law and ask that he finds out if there are areas where this is excluded, I just did not want to try to figure out what days I am allowed to travel and what days not.
So tomorrow I will post the answer that I receive from the horses mouth, he is the architect that constructed the Bolsa de Valores on Avenida Reforma, black triangular building, he travells quite a lot by car so he is aware of all those rules.
