PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

Anyone who wants to contact someone about the rules around Teotihuacan or how to get there can contact Mina and ask her any question you might have. She speaks English and is extremely well informed about everything and anything that is going on in that area.

The map on the website I posted shows that Teotihuacan and the Arco Norte are not in the restricted zone. I sent an email to the Geo Mexico website asking them about the map they show and for clarification of the restricted area.
This has been a very confusing issue since they began doing it.
