PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

I wrote an email to Geo Mexico and received a quick response. They do not think the entire state of Mexico is in the restricted zone and sent a link that indicates Toluca is not in Hoy No Circula. They are going to check further and get back to me. Here is the website.......
