PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

I personally would not try to beat the system by entering on the wrong day or time. The writing that said they are not enforcing came from the Geo Mexico quote - not my words.
