PASE Turistico for Hoy no Circula
We saw something about this last year but can't find it. I did find the PASE Turistico web site but though my Spanish is usually workable this site is beyond me! Anyone able to help?

Must confess that last winter, I couldn't be bothered figuring it all out so took the coward's way out and stayed clear of the whole state. Not that we escaped the pollution though.
