Oldmattb is right about the construction here. Alternate route is to get off at Anthony exit in NM 2 miles before the TX line. Take NM 404 7 miles east to the roundabout and go south until it turns into MLK and intersects 54. Follow US 54 down to spur 601 and go east till you hit the loop. You can follow it down to I 10 again. You have to get off the loop at Pellicano to make the connection. The ramp for going east on I 10 should be ready in about 18 months or so.
