Question on route to Columbus OH from Kingsport TN (US23)

Looking at taking US 23 north from Kingsport to Columbus, will be pulling a 27’ TT with an F250 6.2l gasser. Any cautions taking this route? Any suggestions for some easy access gas stations along thi...

For the most part it is OK road. You get a lot of 2 lane in KY but with a 27 footer you should be able to do it just fine. No real bad hills up or down. Been a while since I've been that way but it was a pleasant drive when we did take it.

Columbus can be terrible with traffic at times of day.
