The perspective of a lifelong resident: do not drive your RV anywhere near downtown Seattle. Even without all of the major road and construction projects going on there it is a mess. Park your RV, rent a small car, go see the Space Needle and Pikes Street Market, and then get out. Use your RV and your time to visit the many beautiful places away from the congestion that the State of Washington has to offer.
you forgot the crime problem down town and the " drug safe use areas."
I did 25 years LE just north of King county. - BizmarksMomExplorerYes, Uber is in Seattle. I lived there for 12 years, and I took public transportation or rode my bike if I could. Parking downtown was awful 15 years ago - it hasn't improved.

- prichardsonExplorerThe Seattle are has a very good public transit system. I would choose a RV park with a transit stop nearby and use that. No hassles with traffic and parking.
- Edd505ExplorerSee if you can get into Salt Water State Park, the markets 20 miles or so. Like other's been said, traffic is bad in Seattle so plan an hour or better travel.
- CroweExplorerOnce you get downtown it is beautiful, well, except for the homeless tents on the sidewalks.
And the drunks who harass you for money. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU PARK IN ANY OF THE LOTS. This was where our rental car got broken into and all of our camera gear, laptops and my suitcase were stolen in a smash and grab. We were away from the car less than 15 minutes. And yes, I had all that stuff in the car because we were on our way back to the airport and stopped for dinner. - azdryheatExplorerWe stayed at Lake Pleasant rv park outside Seattle in Bothell and commuted downtown daily. Traffic is absolutely the worst ever and I grew up in SoCal. No way would I ever take an RV downtown. Parking is tight so we took a rental car instead of the dually.

Back in the 1970s I packed crabs with the Indians up by La Conner and drove my VW to Pike Place to deliver our catch. I do not go near it now. For an RV park you need to get out of town. I like the North End out past Bothell, maybe Snohomish.
- ivbinconnedExplorer IIGood info Paulj.

Been looking on google earth. Looks doubtful.
RV parks not close either as I search on RV Parky.
Well your profile doesn't give much information on your RV? Class A, Class C, Travel Trailer, 5th wheel, Toad, No Toad?
I personally I would take my Dually into downtown and not think too much about it.
Besides Uber, or Public Transportation you could look into renting a car.
