closed Wal-Mart neighborhood markets
Has anyone used these closed store's parking lots? East Texas seemed to have them everywhere.

Where would you go to ask permission, the store is closed? Nobody there.- WOW, Closed WalMart ? Never seen one, just the opposite, they're building them every day.
