People in Mexico with a lot of money can buy anything and any one, those in the Government and money are the ones with the "haciendas" ranches, and the industrial magnate's daughters ride horses as a pass time just about every city has a Club Equestre, there is also a Federacion Mexicana de Polo in Mexico with 17 clubs in Mexico Monterrey, Puerto Vallarta, Queretaro, Ciudad Juarez, 2 in Guadalajara, Yucatan, Tijuana, 2 in Estado de Mexico, Puerto Morelos Quintana Roo, Zapopan Jalisco, Los Cabos Baja California, Yucatan, San Miguel de Allende, and then you have all asosiacion de Charros "Mexican Cowboys" they all have horses and trailers, not to mention asosiacion de ganaderos "cattle barons", etc.
Money, money, money and knowing how to grease the cogs that turn the wheels gets you anything in Mexico, and I am not being disrespectful or putting down the country, this is the truth pure and simple, same as in the USA only they use dollars instead of pesos, the biggest greasers in the USA are the lobbyists.
