Refused entry with a truck & camper
Had a call this morning from Mike & Terri, they are being refused entry with a truck camper on a 1 ton. My mexican partner is trying to deal with it via phone. Not sure if the issue is the truck bein...

Moisheh -- "When the Hologram permits were very new there were lots of problems." From what I'm reading here over time, this pick up truck problem has been going on for about two years at the border; Mexican citizens are smart people, and it doesn't take two years for them to train, learn, and properly interpret a border regulation that has been on the books a good while. Otherwise, it would be insulting their intelligence. No, there is something else going on here happening randomly along the border. Patience is not the better part of virtue in this case. If it continues on a regular basis, it is about time this issue comes out of the shadows and into the political sunlight along with some media attention. It may culminate in only a published State Department warning available for ALL tourists to read, but at least everyone will know the official position on the issue.
