Refused entry with a truck & camper

Charlston: I certainly was not referring to the US Government. This is a mexico forum and the US Government has no jurisdiction in the problems of a few RV'rs. I don't understand why you would start a political discussion. It will only get this thread locked down! My comment was not political. Mexico is quite different than the USA or Canada. Citizens have very little input into what is happening. The wealthy get their way and the rest get mada! My point was that unfortunately RV travel is maybe 40 % less than just 12 years ago. CG's are closing. Tequila's boss is maybe the only one that can make some changes to that ridiculous ruling. Have you ever dealt with a Mexican bureaucracy? It is extremely difficult. In our community when the citizens are having problems they barricade the main road! You may recall that last season when fuel rose in price the citizens blocked the toll booths. We are mostly tourists and have very little in the way of influence. Lobbying by a foreigner is grounds for expulsion. I might also add that the CG owners never get involved. I am glad that my current truck is just a half ton. In the past I did have a stickered one ton duallie Crew Cab. But that was more than 10 years ago. Even MDT's were getting a TIP. I will pass on any comments on your political rant.
