Refused entry with a truck & camper
Had a call this morning from Mike & Terri, they are being refused entry with a truck camper on a 1 ton. My mexican partner is trying to deal with it via phone. Not sure if the issue is the truck bein...

2.Vehiculos Motor Home (casa rodante).
La Regla 4.2.6. de las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior Vigentes, no hace
alucion al articulo 158 del reglamento de la Ley Aduanera, por tal motive se
piede importer temporalmente una casa rodante sin importer el peso.

No hay problema, pero el proposito de nuestra respuesta es que se aclare
perfectamente bien lo que significa "capacidad maxima de tres y media toneladas
de peso"
- Capacidad maxima de tres y media toneladas de peso, se refiere a la carga
vehicular, esto es, numero maximo de personas, mas peso del equipaje y
paqueteria
