Your quotes above come from emails I received from people at SAT with regard to very specific laws I previously posted in this tread with the titles of the laws and the web addresses where they can be found - all previously referenced in this thread.
What this is about is one law that says what are not allowed are vehicles with a cargo capacity (not GVWR) that exceeds 7,716 lbs - which almost no pickup truck I can find exceeds. Then there is the question of whether the law for RVs could possibly include pickup trucks under any circumstances. And again - these laws were previously posted and web addresses referenced - not going to keep repeating the obvious.
Where did you find that pickup trucks are specifically defined as not being included in the weight laws? Pleases provide your source when you claim to know facts. Why to you continue to argue rather than try to help people find solutions? Very helpful.
