Refused entry with a truck & camper
Had a call this morning from Mike & Terri, they are being refused entry with a truck camper on a 1 ton. My mexican partner is trying to deal with it via phone. Not sure if the issue is the truck bein...

MEXICO is rife with profiling. Mestizo - Guero / Indigena vs atnyone from outside their village / Chilangos have endless jokes about Jarochos / Tune in a novela and see who are the lead characters, the help, the villain.
Cars and occupants with USA and Canadian plates are treated differently at Puestos de Controles. When I took a trip as passenger with Eduardo, four soldados started advancing at a Puesto de Control. A corporal saw my smiling face and barked something I could not hear. Three backed off, the 4th merely asked De Donde Viene, A Donde Va?
Yep. things are better. In the Old Days at a Reten de PJF you could just about count on someone trying to pocket something in the car while you were distracted.
