Thom beat me to it! CO83 is a very pleasant road to drive on. It still gets traffic during rush hour but not as bad as I-25 through the same area. You could even go as far as Lincoln Ave or Ridgegate or even down to Hess (next exits after the Toll) on I-25 then cut across. A friend of ours lives in Castle Rock and works in Colorado Springs and that's how he goes to work every day.
