Route 31 Targhee National Forest

You'll be find towing over this pass. If you have the Mountain West Directory, check to see what it says. I've got one, but not with me at the moment. We've towed over this pass and I don't remember it being bad. Definitely not like Teton Pass. We towed it once and never again!!!! Most will take Pine Creek Pass, Hwy 31, to avoid Teton Pass, going around through Alpine, then up through Hobart to get to the Tetons and Yellowstone. Pine Creek Pass is part of the Teton Scenic Byway.
