Rt 89 in Az
Is rt 89 open now from Page to Flagstaff? I know it was closed last year for a landslide. Thanks for any info, Dave

- For the Flagstaff to Page drive, 89T is just as good as the original 89. Maybe even better since its climb up the rim is lower.
For the shuttle between Page and Lees Ferry, the detour isn't as good as the original.
89A remains a viable option if you headed beyond Page (at little climbing). - The new 89 Bypass runs roughly parallel to 89 so it's not a long detour. Here's an update:

- I have not driven it but from what I hear it is a good secondary road. There should be no problem, 18 wheelers are using it.
